The Basics

  • We do our best to be on time.
  • We do our best to finish on time, while completing all expected work.
  • If you wish us to finish a job we did not have time for – we can do so, but will schedule and charge for the extra time.
  • We will be discreet and confidential, no matter what.
  • We do have insurance, WCB coverage, and anyone we send to your premise will be bondable.
  • Each provider may bring an additional person/helper to the job – that person may change – but will be under the responsibility of your main cleaner. With the exception of vacations or such, it will be the same cleaner each time (or we will inform you if that changes).
  • Minimum Billing of 2 Cleaning Hours Per Appointment 
  • If you are ever unsatisfied, please – reach out! Big or small – we would rather address it and fix it, to everyone’s benefit. So much so, that we guarantee it (see satisfaction guarantee, below).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations happen – you can even cancel, or reschedule, right from your account on our client web portal. We ask for 48 hours notice. With under 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a 25% of booking cancellation fee, as we may not be able to fill the already staffed appointment. Under 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee. And if cancelled with under 4 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge an 80% cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation is taken at time of sending, and acceptable via phone, email or website.

Our satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the work we did, as mutually agreed upon, we will schedule a return appointment to complete the task(s) to your satisfaction, without charge.

Opt-In Communications: We use an automated text reminder system, to send a quick reminder the day before your appointment. By creating an account, you agree that you are acceptable to receiving these business related communications. We do NOT give your personal details to anyone else, nor use the information for anything but service related tasks such as the above.
